Our Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Custom Top Builder orders are made to order and are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How to Start a Return
Reach out via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and share next steps. A self-service returns portal is coming in a future update.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
